What you get: minutes in the format your executives read
Bamacours provides French minute taking and rapporteur services for organisations that meet with French-speaking Africa. A person who follows the whole discussion writes your minutes, then sends them in your template.
The format is the one your leadership already reads. Short bullets. Each decision stated plainly, with the condition attached to it. An owner and a deadline for every action.
Your programme terminology stays intact. If your fund says “principal recipient” and the ministry says “récipiendaire principal”, both appear the way your team uses them. National programme acronyms stay as they are.
- Position of each party, in one or two lines

Who uses our minute taking services
Global health fund secretariats
Country calls with ministries of health and national programmes, where the minutes go to directors in London, Geneva or Washington.
NGOs and development programmes
Coordination meetings with implementing partners, steering committees and partner reviews, often run from Nairobi or a regional hub.
Consultancies
Validation workshops and stakeholder meetings held in French, when your client expects a report in English.
Event organisers
A conference rapporteur for French sessions, with a summary report after the event. Our interpreters and a rapporteur can work on the same workshop.
Why a human rapporteur alongside your AI recap
Many teams already get an automatic recap from Teams or Zoom. Keep it, it helps for a quick look back. On calls with francophone Africa, a few things tend to slip through.
Mixed languages
Calls move between French and English, sometimes into Bambara or Wolof for a few minutes. Automatic tools often drop or garble those passages.
Accents and weak lines
A district officer on a poor connection, two people speaking at once. A person who knows the context can still tell who said what.
Decisions and owners
A recap lists topics. Your directors need to know what was agreed, on which condition, who acts and by when. That is what we write down.
Confidentiality
Talks with ministries can be sensitive. You may prefer them to stay out of third-party tools. We sign an NDA and do not keep meeting content after delivery.

Our commitments
The deadline holds
The delivery date in your quote is the date you receive the draft.
No invented decisions

Confidentiality
A non-disclosure agreement is signed before the first session. Meeting content is not kept after delivery.
